I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering long-term in-depth psychotherapeutic counselling and short-term brief & focal counselling in Newcastle. I integrate mindfulness practices to support you to ground yourself through difficult experiences. My approach is warm, relaxed and compassionate. Perhaps you've never felt like you fit. Perhaps you did not get the care you needed in childhood and wonder who you might be if only you were free to meet your potential. Has a sudden trauma made you question everything? As a relationally trained therapist, I am skilled in helping people to create more meaningful relationships with themselves and others and to find meaning in their lives. I have particular interest and experience in working with childhood trauma.
